(b)   Health and Planning Meetings

Following on from last Parish Council Meeting, the Clerk has now managed to organise the health and planning meetings with the other Downland villages.  MJ offered to do posters for the Health meeting and circulate them.  He will also contact churchwardens to check on availability of extra chairs for the health meeting.  It was agreed that the health meeting be open to the public and the planning meeting be for parish councillors only.

MJ mentioned that a tree had been felled at School Cottages, it was questioned whether this tree was included in the plans for the proposed garage that had been subsequently refused by MSDC.  The Clerk is to look into this.  Also is the property in the Conservation Area?
