Open Garden - Newtimber

Although there has been a house on the site since pre-Norman
times, the current structure was built in 1680. Surrounded by a
moat, the manor house has a fantastic entrance hall, which was
decorated in 1750 with Etruscan style frescoes.
NEXT OPEN DAY:
SUNDAY August 31st 2008 2.00— 5.30 pm
£3-50 admission
(Children free) in aid of the National Gardens Scheme, which
supports various charities.
Teas sold in aid of Newtimber Church.
